PowerPoint to PDF
Convert PPTX presentations to PDF while keeping the slide layout.
How PowerPoint to PDF works
Converts PPTX presentations to PDF, one slide per page. The slides keep their aspect ratio, and text, shapes and images are carried over. Use it to share a deck by email, print it or send it to someone without PowerPoint.
Some things don't come across: charts, SmartArt and animations aren't converted, and hidden slides are skipped. You can convert several presentations at once.
Frequently asked questions
Why are my charts missing?
PowerPoint stores charts in a separate data structure that this tool doesn't draw. If a chart has to appear, paste it into the slide as a picture and convert again, or use PowerPoint's own "Save as PDF".
Can I put several slides on one page?
Convert the presentation first, then use Page Layout to put 2, 4, 6 or 9 slides on each sheet.
Is PowerPoint to PDF free? Do I need an account?
It’s free and there’s no sign-up. We don’t ask for an email address and we don’t put a Yeti watermark on your file.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The file is processed in your browser’s memory on your own device and is never sent to Yeti’s servers. You can choose up to 20 files at a time, 25 MB each and 100 MB in total.
