Convert to JPG
Turn PNG, WebP, GIF, TIFF, SVG, HEIC and BMP images into JPG in bulk.
How Convert to JPG works
Converts PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, SVG, TIFF and (in browsers that support it) HEIC images to JPG. JPG opens in practically every program, phone and web form, and it means small files for photos.
JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas in PNGs and SVGs are filled with the colour you choose. The quality slider sets the file size; 80–90% is ideal for most uses. Animated GIFs contribute their first frame, multi-page TIFFs their first page.
Frequently asked questions
Why won’t my iPhone photos (HEIC) open?
Safari can open HEIC by itself; Chrome and Firefox can’t. When you share a photo from an iPhone it is usually converted to JPG automatically. If you use Chrome on a computer, export the photo as JPG and try again.
Can I combine my images into a PDF?
Yes. After converting to JPG, use the JPG to PDF button on the result screen to turn them all into one PDF.
Is Convert to JPG free? Do I need an account?
It’s free and there’s no sign-up. We don’t ask for an email address and we don’t put a Yeti watermark on your file.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The file is processed in your browser’s memory on your own device and is never sent to Yeti’s servers. You can choose up to 20 images at a time, 25 MB and 24 megapixels each.
