How Excel to PDF works
Turns Excel (XLSX, XLS, XLSM), CSV and ODS spreadsheets into readable PDF pages. Each worksheet starts on a new page, and the sheet name can be written as a title. Cells with formulas show their results.
For wide tables, "Fit to page width" scales the table down so it fits the width of one page. Orientation can be automatic, portrait or landscape, and gridlines can be switched on or off.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my wide table look tiny?
With "Fit to page width" on, all columns are shrunk to fit one page. For bigger text, choose landscape or turn the option off; the extra columns then continue on the following pages.
Can I get the table back into Excel later?
Yes, PDF to Excel puts rows and columns back into cells.
Is Excel to PDF free? Do I need an account?
It’s free and there’s no sign-up. We don’t ask for an email address and we don’t put a Yeti watermark on your file.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The file is processed in your browser’s memory on your own device and is never sent to Yeti’s servers. You can choose up to 20 files at a time, 25 MB each and 100 MB in total.
