Watermark Image
Stamp text or a logo over your images and choose the font, transparency and position.
How Watermark Image works
Stamps text or a logo on your images: the easiest way for photographers, online sellers and designers to protect their work. For text you choose from five fonts and set the size, colour and weight; for a logo you pick a PNG, JPG or SVG file and its width.
You set the opacity, the angle and one of nine positions; with Tile on, the watermark covers the whole image, which makes it much harder to crop away. Sizes are relative to each image, so the watermark looks the same on images of different resolutions. The preview is drawn live on the selected image.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add a watermark to a PDF?
Yes, PDFs have their own tool: Add Watermark places text or an image above or below the page content.
Why does my logo have a white background?
JPG logos carry no transparency. Use a PNG with a transparent background; if your logo has a background, make it transparent first with Remove Background.
Is Watermark Image free? Do I need an account?
It’s free and there’s no sign-up. We don’t ask for an email address and we don’t put a Yeti watermark on your file.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The file is processed in your browser’s memory on your own device and is never sent to Yeti’s servers. You can choose up to 20 images at a time, 25 MB and 24 megapixels each.
